Snow{less} Snowman Business Contest

Think outside the (snow)box! Show off your business spirit by building a snowman—without a single snowflake or ice cube.

The Rules (Short & Sweet)

Theme
• Your snowman must represent your business—use your colors, products, or personality!
• Must be handmade (no pre-made snowmen).

Size & Shape

• Height: 2–6 feet tall.
• Must resemble a traditional snowman (three stacked sections: head, torso, base).
• Creative spins are welcome—as long as it’s still recognizable as a snowman.

Construction

• Must be freestanding and sturdy enough to last through the display period.
• Adhesives, fasteners, or stands are allowed (stands don’t count toward required height).
• Must include some form of lighting – spotlight, string lights, puck lights etc.

Display Dates

• Outside during the festival: January 30 & 31
• Kept on display (inside or outside your business): through February 6.
• No early setups—snowmen can’t go up before January 30.

Materials

• Anything goes (except snow or ice).
• Must be safe, sturdy, and family friendly.

Entry Fee - $25
✔ Contest entry for your business showing your community spirit
✔ Business logo + link featured on the festival website
✔ Business listed on a digital map of all Snow{less} Snowmen
✔ Business name recognized on social media
✔ Snow{less} Snowman picture displayed on the festival website after the voting period has ended

Voting

Community members will be invited to visit each business to check out their snowman and vote on the top three snowmen.
• Voting runs January 30 – February 6.
• Open to everyone online! Each entry will get a QR code to display near their snowman for easy voting.
• Top three winning business will receive a TROPHY to proudly display at their business AND
o First Place: Pizza Party Extravaganza – 10 large pizzas, beverages, and dessert!
o Second Place: Bagel Breakfast – Two dozen delicious bagels with assorted cream cheeses
o Third Place: A Goodie Basket overflowing with tasty treats and fun surprises!
